[French Top14 Highlights] 9. Augustin Pichot (Stade Francais, Argentina)

The great Argentinian scrum-half (halfback) now plays in France with Stade Francais in the Top14 competition alongside countrymen Ignacio Corleto, Juan Martín Hernández, Pedro Ledesma, Rodrigo Roncero and Juan Manuel Leguizamón.

Pichot captained his country in the 2003 and 2007 world cups with Argentina taking 3rd place in the latter.

He played for Richmond in England’s top flight for many years before moving to Bristol and then to the French league. As he reaches the twilight of his careeer, Pichot continues with his trademark centre-parted hairstyle.
