Another great player under an injury cloud but the All Blacks’ number 10 is expected to be fit for RWC 2011.
A disastrous sabbatical in Perpignan saw Carter injured for most of his time in France.
The All Blacks changed the rules to ensure there was adequate cover in the form of Luke McAllister, but New Zealand supporters would prefer they had Carter at full fitness.
